These terms keep the free multiplayer service usable, fair, and respectful for everyone.
Using the service
You may use Trivia Night Now for personal, family, classroom, and other lawful group play. You are responsible for the nicknames and topics entered by people in your room and for appropriate adult supervision when children participate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass others, enter unlawful or abusive content, interfere with another room, probe or bypass security controls, overwhelm the service with automated requests, scrape the application, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Trivia accuracy
Questions come partly from community-maintained open catalogs. Filters and source labels are provided, but questions can still be incorrect, outdated, ambiguous, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular audience. Trivia Night Now is entertainment, not an authoritative educational, medical, legal, or financial source.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis. Rooms may expire, connections can fail, and features or sources may change. There is no guarantee that a particular topic will have enough usable questions or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Third-party content
Open-license trivia and background images remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements, described on the Sources page. References to entertainment franchises, people, places, or organizations do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service owner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and suspension
The service may remove abusive rooms, restrict harmful activity, or change these terms as the project evolves. Material revisions will receive a new effective date on this page.
